Our Beer

 Kölsch  - Hybrid ale that is cold conditioned like a lager. Pale and light-bodied. Smooth and refreshing,  you can drink this beer all day long. We sure have!

Hazy Pale Ale - This Hazy Pale Ale bursts with flavors of ripe mango, luscious pineapple, and zesty citrus, balanced by a smooth creamy mouthfeel. 5.5% abv

 Marzen - Ein Prosit! This year's version of a seasonal classic!  Bricktoberfest is our Haus Oktoberfest beer.  This handcrafted brew showcases smooth richness from New York Malt and is complemented by clean noble-like hop bitterness.  5.5% abv 

 Fruited Sour - The first in our new line of sour beers. Samsondale Sour (Raspberry Lemonade) is refreshingly tart with subtle whispers of raspberry.   5.3% abv 

 Black IPA - Dark, Hoppy, Balanced. Collaboration beer with our neighbors Round Table Brewery  6.8% abv 

 Amber Ale  - Malty AF! accompanied with clean bitterness and a hint of Belgian yeast character. 4.5% abv 

Cream Ale - Crisp and refreshing. Super drinkable is an understatement! 4.9% abv 

Blueberry Ale - Classic ale brewed with Blueberries and Mosaic hops. Crushable and refreshing!  6.0% abv

Rotating selection of micro batches made to test out new recipes. Smaller serving sizes only due to limited supply.

Oatmeal stout - Full bodied roastiness and dark with notes of chocolate and coffee. The word luscious comes to mind.

Grodziskie (smoked wheat) - Historic Polish recipe. Made with oak smoked wheat. Light bodied super session with noble hops and big smoke flavor.

 Oktoberfest  - Ein Prosit! Bricktoberfest is our Haus Oktoberfest beer. Somewhere between a traditional Marzen and the more modern Festbier, this handcrafted brew showcases smooth richness from New York Malt and is complemented by clean noble-like hop bitterness.

Apricot Blonde - Stone fruit notes from carefully selected hops and yeast give this blonde ale a fruity flavor profile. The addition of pureed apricot makes a nice easy drinking blonde ale perfect for those warm summer days.

Black IPA - Dark as night. Well balanced roasted malt body with a generous helping of Centennial, Chinook, Citra and Magnum hops.  It's a surprisingly easy drinking beer.

German Wheat - NY red wheat gives this light effervescent beer a classic flavor and Hefeweizen yeast strain adds notes of phenol and spice. Have a Haverweizen!

4.0% abv

Session IPA - This Session IPA is named for Hessian Lake in Bear Mountain State Park NY. Perfect for a post hike pint. Clean bitterness and a dry finish, paired with a low ABV, makes for a beer you can drink all night long!

WCIPA - Traditional West Coast IPA with a strong bitterness not for the faint of heart.  5.5% abv

Belgian Blonde - Brewed with orange peel and a characteristic Belgian yeast strain. It comes in at a sneaky 6.7% making it an easy drinker.

Rye Porter  - Hi-Tor Rye Por-ter! Smooth and warming with hints of chocolate and roasted rye spice. 6.0% abv 

West Coast IPA - Hops meet amber maltiness for a subtle nod to those who revolutionized today's beer culture. American history in a glass.

Golden Ale - Brewed with 100% NY grown malted barley and carefully selected hops. An easy drinking beer packed with flavor . 

Collaboration with Hudson River Brewery.  Classic English brown ale made for easy drinking.  4.5 abv

Pale Ale -  This Pale Ale is made with Hudson Valley Malt and late addition NY Copper, Centennial and Calypso hops. It has a pleasant hop profile with a touch of residual sweetness that leaves you thirsting for another sip.

Mexican Lager - Collaboration with Gentle Giant and Two Ladders.  Crisp, light, and easy to drink with subtle notes of malt sweetness, honey, and lime.  5.2% abv

German Pilsner - Traditionally brewed like they have done in the old country for hundreds of years. Slightly tart with a bit of hoppiness.  

Dark Lager - Sweet and nutty. Very refreshing session-able lager with hints of chocolate. 

Belgian Brown Ale - Just enough Belgian yeast character with a roasty malt backbone. 

Citrus Wheat - Light and refreshing wheat beer with ample citrus notes. Super session-able for those hot summer days or cool autumn nights on the shore of Lake Kanawauke or wherever you want to enjoy it.  4.0% abv 

Made from fresh ground ginger and fresh squeezed lemons. Try it in a mule cocktail
